Agreement to Terms
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or shopping with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our store.
Products and Pricing
We work hard to display products, colors, and prices accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen, and we cannot guarantee that every detail is error-free. All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and exclude any applicable taxes or duties, which are calculated at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, change prices, and discontinue products at any time without prior notice. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you with the option to confirm the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we send your order confirmation email and charge your payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order – for example, due to suspected fraud, stock errors, or pricing mistakes. If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By providing payment details, you confirm you are authorized to use the method. Your payment is encrypted and processed through PCI-compliant providers; we never store full card details on our servers.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping is free on orders over $75; a flat rate applies below that threshold. Returns and Refunds
We offer 30-day easy returns on unworn items in original condition. To start a return, contact us at support@vukapparel.store. Intellectual Property
All content on this site – including text, images, graphics, logos, and designs – is the property of VUK Apparel or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our store, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with site security or operations, submitting false information, or using the site for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VUK Apparel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkiye, unless applicable consumer protection law grants you additional rights in your place of residence.
