Shipping Policy
Processing time
Orders are processed and packed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.

Free shipping on orders over $75 is applied automatically at checkout – no code needed.
Delivery times
- Standard shipping: 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Remote areas: may take a few extra days; the carrier will confirm at booking.
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers, not guarantees. During peak periods such as holidays and major sales, shipments may take slightly longer – we will always keep you posted.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses across the United States and Turkiye. If your country is not listed at checkout, contact us at support@vukapparel.store and we will do our best to arrange delivery.
Delays, duties, and taxes
Customs duties or import taxes may apply to international orders and are the recipient’s responsibility. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather, or other events beyond our control, but we will always help you track and resolve issues.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately – if the order has not shipped yet, we will correct it free of charge. Orders already handed to the carrier cannot be rerouted, and reshipping fees may apply.
Returns Policy
30-day easy returns
Not the perfect fit? You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items in their original condition – tags attached, no signs of wear, washing, or alteration – for a full refund or exchange. Your satisfaction is the whole point, so we keep the process simple.
How to start a return
- Step 1: Email us at support@vukapparel.store with your order number and the items you would like to return.
- Step 2: We will confirm your return and share simple packing and drop-off instructions.
- Step 3: Ship the items back within 14 days of your return confirmation.
- Step 4: Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we issue your refund or ship your exchange.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return. Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund is processed.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Exchanges follow the same return process – just tell us which item you would like instead, and we will ship it as soon as your return is on its way back to us.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with photos of the issue. We will make it right immediately – with a replacement, exchange, or full refund including return shipping, at no cost to you.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned. Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase are also non-returnable. If you are unsure, ask us before returning – we are happy to help.
